By reserving an excursion, chartering a vessel, or using the services of Taxi Sabana de la Mar (https://taxisabanadelamar.com), you enter into a contractual agreement with Silven Internacional SRL (RNC: 132169052, RUT: AV-AITE-3002-02719).

The individual completing the reservation affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms on behalf of all participants joining the excursion.

Once your booking request is placed, an electronic voucher is automatically generated and dispatched via email and WhatsApp. This voucher confirms your departure time, meeting coordinate, designated dock, and assigned local guide contact.

All excursion rates are clearly displayed in USD. Unless indicated otherwise, rates include national park admission bracelet permits, certified guide fees, boat fuel, and required safety gear.

Excursions involving caves, rainforest trails, or boat travel require reasonable mobility. All participants must wear provided Coast Guard-approved life vests while on board vessels and heed all instructions given by certified park guides.

As protectors of Dominican Republic biodiversity, we observe strict environmental codes: no single-use plastics discarded in nature, no touching ancient cave pictographs or stalactites, and keeping a respectful distance from nesting bird colonies and marine fauna.

Every excursion coordinated through Taxi Sabana de la Mar is led by resident guides certified by the Dominican Ministry of Tourism (MITUR). All boats maintain commercial permits and safety inspections.

Silven Internacional SRL operates with high safety diligence. However, adventure travel involves natural outdoor environments. We strongly advise all international guests to maintain adequate personal travel and medical insurance.
